CB Store Generator, Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ComyoNet CB Store Generator. Before you may use ComyoNet CB Store Generator,
you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this User Agreement.
This End User License Agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement between You
and ComyoNet, for the use of the ComyoNet Software. You must show Your approval
and must enter into this Agreement by clicking on the ACCEPT button or similar buttons
or links in order to download, install and use the ComyoNet Software. Furthermore,
by installing and continuing to use the ComyoNet Software You agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement and any new versions hereof. Furthermore, if You are residing
in a jurisdiction which restricts the use of internet-based applications according to age,
or which restricts the ability to enter into agreements such as this agreement according to age
and You are under such a jurisdiction and under such age limit, or where it is forbidden by
law to offer or use software for internet communication and commerce,You may not enter into
this Agreement and download, install or use the ComyoNet Software. By entering into this
Agreement You explicitly state that You have verified in Your own jurisdiction if Your use
of the ComyoNet Software is allowed.
This Agreement will be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain effective until
terminated by either ComyoNet or You. Upon termination of this Agreement, You acknowledge and
agree that all licenses and rights to use the ComyoNet Software shall terminate, will cease
any and all use of the ComyoNet Software, and will remove the ComyoNet Software and all its copies.
ComyoNet will be not responsible concerning any damage which is caused by suspension of this agreement.
Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use ComyoNet CB Store Generator on one
computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The licensed ComyoNet CB Store Generator
software may not be rented or leased. You acknowledge and agree that ComyoNet has no obligation to make
available to You any subsequent versions of the ComyoNet Software. You also agree that you may
have to enter into a renewed version of this Agreement, in the event you want to download,
install or use a new version of the ComyoNet Software. ComyoNet will not accept any liability
in relation to the direct or indirect damages caused by the release and/or the absence of release
of new versions of the ComyoNet Software and by the suspension or termination of the license or this Agreement.
You may not redistribute ComyoNet CB Store Generator in any manner other than by linking to the Web
page listed below without prior written permission. You may not redistribute your registration and activation key in any manner. ComyoNet CB Store Generator IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER
KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR UNAVAILABILITY OF
CLICKBANK DATA FEED. ComyoNet cannot guarantee that You will always be able to communicate with the Clickbank
Data feed server, nor can ComyoNet guarantee that You can communicate without disruptions,
delays or other flaws. ComyoNet will not be liable for any such disruptions, delays or other
omissions when using ComyoNet Software. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided
for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You will not violate the copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secrets, other (intellectual) property rights ,
rights of publicity, privacy of a third party or violate any laws. You will comply with all
governmental laws and regulations. You will not hold ComyoNet responsible for the content of
the clickbank datafeed and of the generated store and ads. You acknowledge that the
ComyoNet software is just a middle to allow anyone to generate a clickbank store
and ads based on Clickbank data feed. You acknowledge that clickbank users may offer,
sell, and buy just about anything (which is legal on the responsibility of the
user himself), at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats and venues.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between you and clickbank. We have
no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items
advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items,
the ability of buyers to pay for items, the ability of clickbank to pay your commissions,
or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. You acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any
loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential
damages arising out of your use of our software or to any damage caused by the termination
of this Agreement. You agree to defend and hold ComyoNet and the ComyoNet Staff harmless
from and against any and all liability and costs, in connection with or arising out of
Your (a) violation or breach of any term of this Agreement or any applicable law or
regulation, whether or not referenced herein, or (b) violation of any rights of
any third party, or (c) use or misuse of the ComyoNet Software. You acknowledge and agree that ComyoNet reserves all rights not expressly granted here. You acknowledge that ClickBank® is a registered trademark of Keynetics Inc.,
a Delaware corporation. ComyoNet is not affiliated with Keynetics Inc. in any way,
nor does Keynetics Inc. sponsor or approve the ComyoNet CB Store Generator. Keynetics Inc.
expresses no opinion as to the correctness of any of the statements made by ComyoNet in
the materials of this product and on comyonet.com Web site. Clickbank reserves the right to
change their policies and procedures at any time without notice. Installing and using ComyoNet CB Store Generator signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions
of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove ComyoNet CB Store Generator files
from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
