Question: How does the ComyoNet CB Generator work?
Answer: Follow this easy step by step plan:

Step 1: Check the requirements:

System Requirements: - Software Usage: Win 2000/XP/2003, .NET Framework 2.0 or later
- Generated Website pages (Store): Windows or Linux web servers supporting asp or php

Step 2: If requirements are OK, Purchase ComyoNet CB Generator,

Step 3: Install and activate the software: insert your activation key (got during purchase) and press activate, you will get a registration key from our website, copy it, return to your activation form then insert it into the registration key field, press register. Now your copy of CBSG is ready for use.

Step 4: Customize Settings (needed only once as the settings are stored for next times. If needed, the settings may be modified at anytime):

Common Settings: your clickbank ID
FTP Settings: When configured and auto upload is enabled, your generated folder wil be uploaded automatically to your root web folder. Configure the seetings as got from your web provider for uploading files to your web server: you need the server name or ip, your login name and password and the default root web folder for your website.
Store Settings: You are able to configure folders, to select all or a specified category and a sub category,   to modify the header and footer files  (meta data, logo, menu, adsense, etc...)!  You are able to generate a full store with all products or only top products based on earnings or pouparity. On the main page of the store, top products are displayed.
Ads Settings: You are able to configure folders, to select a specified category and a sub category if needed, to customize the colors for the Title, Description, Link, Hover link, Border and the Background , to select an ad format and to specify some keywords to filter on products to be displayed.

Step 5-A: Manual Generation:

If you do not have your own dedicated server or you do not want to use the auto generation and upload option, you need from time to time (once a week is enough) to update your files as follows: After Checking the settings:

• Update clickbank data file by clicking on the button (the file with all products will be downloaded and saved on your machine.)

• Generate your Store or CB Ads by clicking on the corresponding button.
  For The Store: ComyoNet CB Generator is able to generate a full store with all products or only top products depending on your choice. The store files will be now generated in folders including index pages, category and sub category pages and product pages as specified.
  For CB  Ads: files will be generated in the specified format and colors.
  If auto upload is enabled, your generated folders wil be uploaded automatically to your root web folder.
  

• Transfer the generated files to your website.
  You may choose to use your own ftp application to transfer files to your web server, but you can also use our auto upoad option. If auto upload is enabled, your generated folders will be uploaded automatically to your root web folder, NO NEED TO USE OTHER FTP APPLICATIONS!!
  The Store: If you already have a website, add  the link to your store in your website (http://yourwebsite/webfolder/cb_index.ext). Needed only once. If you do not have a website, then just add cb_index.ext (ext=asp or php) to your default pages for your web site. For a Store Example see ComyoNet CB Store
  CB Ads: Just copy the generated link and past it somewhere in your website. (needed only once). The displayed ads will be random. For an example see ComyoNet CB Store
  Your Store or CB Ads are now running!

Step 5-B: Automatic Generation:

If If you do have your own dedicated server, or if auto generation and upload is enabled, your files will be updated automatically! Just Configure, Start and Let it Go.

If you own a dedicated server, install in this case the Generator Software on your server, if not, just install it on your own computer, and enable auto generation and auto ftp upload and let it GO! Configure the store and Ads settings as explained before (if installed on a dedicated server, the destination folders should be at your website folder example: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\storefolder and c:\inetpub\wwwroot\adsfolder.)
Now you need to configure the atomatic generaion settings:

• the generation action desired (store with all products or store with top products, and/or cb ads) and

• the daily time for updating the data file and executing the action selected.

• If installed on your personal computer, configure your ftp settings and enable auto upload option. If installed on your own dedicated server, you do not need auto upload.

For the Store: If you already have a website, add the link to your store in your website (http://yourwebsite/webfolder/cb_index.ext). Needed only once.
If you do not have a website already, then just add cb_index.ext to your default pages for your web site. For CB Ads: Just copy the generated link and past it somewhere in your website. (needed only once).
After clicking on start button, your Store or CB Ads will be running and updated daily (automatically)! No more actions needed.

Question: Can I and how to edit my header and footer files?
Answer: Header and Footer files
You can use your own HTML code to display the header or footer areas of the CB Store Pages. To do this, use the Header/Footer Browse button within the CB Store Generator and select your files. Alternatively, you may try to make small changes to our supplied default header and footer files.
To modify the header/footer file:
From the CB Store Generator Form, select Edit Header or Edit Footer, the Edit window will open showing the file to edit.
Please ensure that you include any essential html tags, such as, <body> in the header and </body> in the footer.
The contents of the files are used to build the header/footer area of your CB Store Pages.

Note that the header and footer files are embedded in the beginning and end of the same CB Store Pages. This means that if you change the HTML code in the header (for example, by adding a table tag), you will need to update the code in the footer accordingly, to ensure that the footer includes the required corresponding HTML code (such as, to close the table tag).
The same applies when making changes to HTML code to the footer: check that the corresponding code in the header is updated accordingly. Please consider the following comments before you begin working with the header and footer areas.
To include graphics, first upload the file to your web server, then reference the image as shown below.

For example, if your image file is called logo.gif, then the following code would show your logo aligned to the right:

Example Header
Start with a body tag which can then be followed by anything else you wish to include. For example:
